Bring in the Regulations on Federal Agency for Supplies of Arms, Military and Special Equipment and Materiel approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of May 14, 2010 No. 589 "Questions of Federal Agency for Supplies of Arms, Military and Special Equipment and Materiel" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 20, Art. 2435; 2011, No. 10, Art. 1340; 2012, No. 22, Art. 2754; 2013, No. 6, Art. 488; No. 52, Art. 7137; 2014, No. 7, Art. 670), following changes:

a) add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:
