For the purpose of regulation of procedure for providing persons with limited opportunities of health in the Kyrgyz Republic prosthetic and orthopedic products, according to the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the rights and guarantees of persons with limited opportunities of health" and "About bases of social servicing of the population in the Kyrgyz Republic", being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for providing the population of the Kyrgyz Republic by prosthetic and orthopedic products.
2. To the ministry of social development of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of social development of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
