For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of part (4) article 9 of the Law No. 909-XII of January 30, 1992 on social protection of the citizens who were injured owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 80-82, 413), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for appointment and payment of immediate compensation to the families which lost supporters owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash it (is applied).

2. And its administration to perform costs on payment of immediate compensation in the amount of 15 average monthly salaries on the republic established in the year preceding year of death to the families which lost supporters owing to the Chernobyl catastrophic crash at the expense of means of the government budget through the budget of the national social insurance.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of 14.12.2020 No. 898

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family.
