1. the Section 5 of appendix No. 3 to the Order of the Government No. 770 of October 20, 1994. "About approval of the regulations providing functioning of the Law on the state company (1994, 14, Art. 117), with subsequent changes and amendments, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to No. in the following edition:

"5. Payment terms of work of the Managing director

Compensation of the Managing director is performed according to provisions of the Order of the Government No. 743 of June 11, 2002 "About compensation of employees of the self-supporting companies.".
