To department of investment policy of the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning when planning expenses according to budget programs for examination and assessment of documentation on questions of budget investments and concessions and for evaluating implementation of budget investment projects and budget investments by means of participation of the state in the authorized capital of legal entities, and also the conclusion of the service provision agreement on examination and assessment of documentation on questions of budget investments and concessions and on evaluating implementation of budget investment projects and budget investments by means of participation of the state in the authorized capital of legal entities to be guided by the Technique.
3. To department of investment policy of the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Tumabayev K. M.) provide:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its official publication in information system of law of Ad_let and in official mass media;
