About form of the notification on amounts of the state support of agricultural industry of state member of the Customs union and the Common economic space
Having taken into consideration information of the member of Board (Minister) of the industry and agro-industrial complex of the Eurasian economic commission of Sidorsky S. S. on need of ensuring completeness and objectivity of information on amounts of the state support of agricultural industry, for the purpose of realization of provision of item 4 of article 7 of the Agreement on single rules of the state support of agricultural industry of December 9, 2010 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Approve the enclosed form of the notification on amounts of the state support of agricultural industry of state member of the Customs union and the Common economic space.
2. To state members of the Customs union and the Common economic space by preparation of notifications on the state support of agricultural industry according to item 4 of article 7 of the Agreement on single rules of the state support of agricultural industry of December 9, 2010 to be guided by the form approved by this Decision.
3. Declare invalid the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of October 18, 2011 No. 813 "About the course of accomplishment of the action plan on forming of the Common economic space of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation".
4. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
