proceeding from the Treaty of friendship, cooperation and mutual aid between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 25, 1992,
considering the Declaration on expansion and deepening of the Russian-Kazakhstan cooperation of January 20, 1995 and the Declaration between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan on eternal friendship and the alliance oriented in the XXI century of July 6, 1998,
based on the Contract between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan on military cooperation of March 28, 1994, the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on military and technical cooperation of March 28, 1994 and the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on control of product quality delivered for the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 26, 1996,
in development of the Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan about production and scientific and technical cooperation of the companies of defense industries of March 28, 1994
