About approval of the Instruction on the safe organization and carrying out mass explosions of borehole charges on open mining operations

According to article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About labor protection", "About the treatment of explosive materials of industrial function" and the Presidential decree of Ukraine of December 24, 2012 No. 726 "About some measures for optimization of system of the central executive bodies" I order to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Approve the Instruction on the safe organization and carrying out mass explosions of borehole charges on open mining operations which is attached.

2. Recognize such which is not applied in the territory of Ukraine, the "Instruction on the organization and conducting mass explosions of borehole charges on open mining operations" approved by Committee of Ukraine on supervision of safe operation in the industry and to mountain supervision on March 16, 1992 (NPAOP 0.00-5.35-92).

3. To public service of mountain supervision and industrial safety of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

2) to enter the order in the State register of regulatory legal acts concerning labor protection.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
