1. Approve the enclosed list of the objects which are not subject to alienation.
2. To the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to bring the decisions into accord with this Decree.
3. Recognize invalid:
1) the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 28, 2000 No. 422 "About the list of objects of state-owned property, not privatizeable" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2000, No. 29, the Art. 354);
2) the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 10, 2003 No. 1021 "About modification of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 28, 2000 No. 422" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2003, No. 7, the Art. 68).
4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
