About approval of the Regulations on export procedure and import of breeding products (material)

According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About breeding livestock production" and in pursuance of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 15, 2013 No. PP-2003 "About approval of plans of development of the normative and legal and other acts directed to realization of referential regulations of the laws" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve Regulations on export procedure and import of breeding products (material) according to appendix.

2. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on Information analysis department concerning agricultural and water economy, conversion of agricultural products and consumer goods of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Regulations on export procedure and import of breeding products (material)

I. General provisions

1. This Provision is developed for the purpose of further development and increase in efficiency of breeding livestock production and determines procedure of export and import of breeding products (material) by subjects of breeding livestock production.
