1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for maintaining the list of the subjects of managing performing installation and maintenance of control devices (tachographs) in automotive vehicles, the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the order of April 17, 2013 No. 226, No. 759/23291, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 17, 2013 which are applied.

2. To provide to department of road transport and strategic development of highways:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure;

promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
