For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 2.3 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of February 5, 2013 with No. 813 "About approval of "Regulations on "The electronic portal"" and actions on expansion of electronic services", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve "The list of the information systems and resources which are subject to connection to the Elektronnoye Pravitelstvo portal (appendix No. 1).

2. Approve "Technical requirements to connection of information systems and resources, electronic services to the Elektronnoye Pravitelstvo portal (appendix No. 2).

3. Charge to the central executive bodies and other state bodies holding necessary actions for connection to the Elektronnoye Pravitelstvo portal of the information systems and resources provided by the List approved by part of 1 this resolution.

4. Charge to participants of the Elektronnoye Pravitelstvo portal ensuring compliance of information systems and resources, electronic services with the Technical requirements approved by part 2 of this resolution.
