1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for forming and maintaining the register of the legal entities performing production of motor vehicles as it is determined by the concept "industrial assembly of motor vehicles" established according to the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council, and models of motor vehicles.

2. To state members of the Customs union and the Common economic space within 60 calendar days from the effective date this Decision to bring the legislation into accord with the Procedure approved by this Decision proceeding from the fact that in the territory of each state member the motor vehicles made by legal entities of other state members as it is determined by the concept "industrial assembly of motor vehicles" with observance of the requirements established according to paragraph one of the subitem 4 of Item 1 of the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of May 29, 2014 No. 72, and included in the register of the legal entities performing production of motor vehicles as it is determined by the concept "industrial assembly of motor vehicles" established according to the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council, and models of motor vehicles freely address.
