Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 12, 1999 No. 119 "About approval of the Instruction for development of the Regulations on public institution (state body) and the Approximate charter of the public institution which is not state body" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1999, No. 3, the Art. 30).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after the first official publication.
