About approval of the Technique of carrying out the analysis of regulating impact of regulatory legal acts on activities of subjects of entrepreneurship

For the purpose of development of efficient mechanisms of assessment of impact of regulatory legal acts on business activity, improvement of quality and efficiency of the adopted regulatory legal acts, according to article 19 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic" and article 4 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About optimization of the regulatory legal base of regulation of business activity", being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Technique of carrying out the analysis of regulating impact of regulatory legal acts on activities of subjects of entrepreneurship (further - ARV Technique).

2. To the ministries, state committee, administrative departments, other state bodies, local government bodies:

- be guided by ARV Technique in case of project development of the regulatory legal acts regulating business activity;

- organize work in central offices and the subordinated organizations for studying of the Technique of ARV.

3. Determine the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic authorized body by examination of the analysis of regulating impact of projects of the regulatory legal acts regulating business activity on compliance to ARV Technique.
