1. Approve the enclosed Safety rules when training by physical culture and sport.

2. To committee on cases of sport and physical culture of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kanagatov I. B.) in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) to provide this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide official publication of this order in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Acting Minister of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 8, 2011 No. 02-02-18/175 "About approval of Safety rules when training by physical culture and sport, sports competitions and sports and mass actions" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of October 19, 2011 for No. 7269, published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of December 7, 2011 (26784) No. 393).

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan T. K. Esentayev.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
