1. Approve:
Regulations on the militarized mine-rescue part of the State committee of industrial safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1;
Regulations on the Uzbek militarized part according to the prevention and liquidation of open oil and gas fountains of National holding company "Uzbekneftegaz" according to appendix No. 2.
2. The state inspection Sanoatgeokontekhnazorat, National holding company "Uzbekneftegaz" in a month together with the relevant ministries and departments to develop also in coordination with the Complex of the Cabinet of Ministers concerning geology, energy industry, chemical, petrochemical and metallurgical industry to approve the Program of practical actions for implementation of the requirements approved by this resolution of provisions.
3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.
4. To the ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan G. I. Ibragimov.
