1. Determine that:
since January 1, 2003 obligatory marking in state language of separate types of the imported consumer goods which are subject to release in free circulation on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the appendix N 1 is entered;
the consumer goods which are subject to obligatory marking and issued in free circulation on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan until the end of 2002 can be realized in retail network not marked in state language till April 1, 2003.
2. Approve:
Regulations on procedure for marking of the imported consumer goods according to appendix No. 2;
3. To provide to the Uzstandart agency, the State Customs Committee, the State Tax Committee, the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on demonopolization and development of the competition, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan strict control of observance of the requirements following from this resolution.
