1. Approve the enclosed Rules of recognition of sports, sports disciplines and forming of the register of sports.

2. To committee on cases of sport and physical culture of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kanagatov E. B.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction on official publication of this order in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. I reserve control of execution of this order.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
