Procedure for notifying registration of the signed agreements of concession of the objects of fuel and energy complex which are in state-owned property;

Procedure for capture on accounting of the signed lease agreements of the objects of fuel and energy complex which are in state-owned property.

2. And reforming of property to provide to the Property Relations Department submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
