About reorganization of some republican state state companies which are under authority of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and modification and amendments in the orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 28, 2004 No. 1120 "Questions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and of June 11, 2007 No. 483 "About some questions of republican state-owned property"

According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Reorganize by merge and transformation the republican state state companies which are under authority of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The center for the real estate" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company) according to appendix 1 to this resolution.

2. Determine the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan authorized body by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the company.

3. The main object of activity of the company to determine implementation of the state technical inspection of real estate.

4. To the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan the charter of the company;

2) to provide state registration of the company in judicial authorities;

3) to take other measures following from this resolution.

5. Bring the following changes and amendment in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
