1. Bring in appendix to the Order of Customs Service No. 480-O of December 18, 2006. "About approval of Methodology of processing of the customs declaration by information method" the following amendments:

add Item 20 with the paragraph of h) the following content:

"h) if the customs authority makes the decision on delay of final determination of customs value, it:
