1. Approve:
Regulations on the organization and functioning of Bureau on migration and shelter, subordinated to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, according to appendix No. 1;
structure of Bureau on migration and shelter, subordinated to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, according to appendix No. 2;
the list of territorial subdivisions of Bureau on migration and shelter, subordinated to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, according to appendix No. 3.
2. Establish the extreme number of staff of Bureau on migration and shelter, subordinated to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in number of 197 units.
3. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 1035 of October 4, 2005. "About approval of the Regulations on National bureau of migration" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 135-138, 1120).
