1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation in connection with abolition of Federal Service for Defence Contracts.
2. Recognize invalid acts of the Government of the Russian Federation in connection with abolition of Federal Service for Defence Contracts according to the list according to appendix.
3. To perform financial provision of the payment commitments connected with implementation of this resolution within the budgetary appropriations provided by the Federal Law "About the Federal Budget for 2015 and for Planning Period of 2016 and 2017" to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in 2015 on implementation of actions, connected with abolition of Federal Service for Defence Contracts.
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2015.
