Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 9, the Art. 316) the following changes and amendment:

"Article 3. Legislation on drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors
