For the purpose of optimization of system of provision of municipal services to physical persons and legal entities, according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the state and municipal services", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides increases in their quality and availability:

1. Approve the Basic register of the municipal services provided by local government bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - the Basic register of municipal services), according to appendix.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 19.12.2024 No. 772

3. To local government bodies to be guided by the Basic register of the municipal services provided by local government bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic, the approved Item 1 of this Resolution since July 1, 2015.

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 19.12.2024 No. 772

5. To impose control of execution of this Resolution on department of public administration and personnel work of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. This Resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
