1. Reorganize some republican state companies of Committee on consumer protection of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan by merge into the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The national center of examination" of Committee on consumer protection of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company) according to appendix to this resolution.

2. Determine:

1) authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the company Committee on consumer protection of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the main object of activity of the company implementation of activities in the field of health care.

3. To committee on consumer protection of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan the charter of the company;

2) to provide state registration of the company in judicial authorities;

3) to take other measures following from this resolution.

4. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 28.08.2015 No. 683
