1. Approve the enclosed Instruction on the organization of selective state statistical observation of the retail turnover of the microorganizations without departmental subordination.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of January 30, 2009 No. 5 "About approval of the Instruction on the organization and carrying out selective state statistical observation of amount of the retail turnover of the organizations of retail trade and public catering without departmental subordination".
3. This resolution becomes effective in fifteen working days after its signing.
