1. Approve the enclosed Rules of use of target current transfers by regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on holding the actions devoted to the seventieth anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
2. To provide to akims of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty target use of budgetary funds and following the results of half-year and year to the 15th following the accounting period, submission to the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the report on straight lines and resulting effects.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2015 and is subject to official publication.
