About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 24, 1992 No. 777

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for confirmation and calculation of length of service for purpose of pensions approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 24, 1992 No. 777 (the joint venture of the Republic of Belarus, 1992, No. 36, Art. 660; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 188, 5/24206; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 23.01. 2013, 5/36800), following changes:

1.1. in item 4 of the word "Social Security Fund of the Population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection (Further — Fund)" and "Fund" to replace respectively with the words "the budget of state non-budgetary fund of social protection of the population of the Republic of Belarus (further-the budget of fund)" and "budget of fund";

1.2. in Items 8, of 11, of Item part one 15, Item 22, of Item 40 part two the word "Fund" shall be replaced with words "the budget of fund";

1.3. in Item 10 of the word "Fund" and "Fund" to replace respectively with the words "budget of fund" and "Social Security Fund of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Belarus (further - Fund)";
