About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the republican budget for 2015-2017"

2) costs - 6 864 195 556 thousand tenges;

3) net budget crediting - 78 361 053 thousand tenges, including:

budget credits - 190 476 745 thousand tenges;

repayment of budget credits - 112 115 692 thousand tenges;

4) balance on transactions with financial assets - 188 864 239 thousand tenges, including:

acquisition of financial assets - 189 814 239 thousand tenges;

sales proceeds of financial assets of the state - 950 000 thousand tenges;

5) deficit--1 256 479 885 thousand tenges, or 3 percent to country gross domestic product;

6) budget deficit financing - 1 256 479 885 thousand tenges.";

"Article 8. Provide in the republican budget for 2015 of receipt of transfers from regional budgets of Akmola, Almaty, Aktyubinsk, East Kazakhstan, Southern Kazakhstan regions in the amount 528 380 thousand tenges in connection with transfer of the expenses provided on implementation of educational process in the organizations of secondary education for 10-11 classes according to the state obligatory standards of education for carrying out approbation on implementation of per capita financing.";

"Article 10. Provide in the republican budget for 2015 target transfer from National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the amount of 783 499 999 thousand tenges on the purposes determined by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Distribution and (or) procedure for use of target transfer from National fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan are determined based on the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

"Article 12. Establish payment since January 1, 2015 of the monthly allowance for special working conditions to official pay rates of the employees of public institutions who are not government employees and also employees of the state state companies financed from local budgets in the amount of 10 percent.";

Articles 16, of 17, of 22, of 25, 26 and 28 to state 3) in the following edition:

"Article 16. Distribution and (or) procedure for use of the means realized in the following directions are determined based on the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) subsidizing of interest rate for credit and leasing obligations within the direction on financial improvement of subjects of agro-industrial complex;

2) development of professional standards.

Article 17. Distribution and (or) procedure for use of means within the Development program of the regions till 2020 realized in the following directions are determined based on the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) crediting of regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty for designing and (or) construction of housing;

2) designing, development and (or) arrangement of engineering and communication infrastructure;

3) designing and (or) construction, reconstruction of housing of utility housing stock;

4) acquisition of housing of utility housing stock.";

"Article 22. Approve reserve of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2015 in the amount of 317 866 086 thousand tenges.";

"Article 25. Set limit of provision of the state guarantees of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2015 in the amount of 120 000 000 thousand tenges.

Article 26. Set limit of government debt for December 31, 2015 in the amount of 6 925 492 122 thousand tenges.";

"Article 28. Set limit of the state concessionary obligations of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2015 in the amount of 1 148 280 000 thousand tenges.";

Appendices 1 and 4 to the specified Law to state 4) in edition according to appendices 1 and 2 to this Law.

Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2015.
