For the purpose of implementation of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 28, 2014 "About the republican budget for 2015-2017" and the orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 11, 2014 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the republican budget for 2015-2017" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: No. 1300

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of use of target current transfers from the republican budget for 2015 by regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on health care.

2. To the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide transfer of the approved amounts of target current transfers to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. To provide to akims of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty:

1) timely and target use of the allocated amounts of target current transfers;

2) submission to the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of reports on use of the allocated amounts of target current transfers to the 15th following reporting.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2015 and is subject to official publication.
