Based on part two of subitem 2.2 of Item 2 of the Procedure of payments on payment of the legal aid given by lawyers, notarial rate for making of notarial actions and rendering services of legal and technical nature by notaries, rates for the services of technical nature rendered by employees of notarial archives, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of February 26, 2014 to No. 163, of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish receipt form for acceptance of cash in case of payment of the legal aid rendered to physical person by lawyers according to appendix to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
