About acceptance of cash in case of payment of legal aid
Based on subitem 7.35 of Item 7 and part one of Item 12 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 26, 2024 No. 545, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine that in case of payment by citizens of legal aid acceptance of cash is performed with registration by the lawyer or in cash desk of legal advice bureau of the receipt on acceptance of cash in case of payment of legal aid (further - the receipt) in form according to appendix. The form of the receipt is the form of the document with certain degree of protection.
On each fact of acceptance of cash the receipt is drawn up in duplicate. The first copy of the receipt is issued to the citizen, the second - is stored in legal advice bureau.
2. Determine that the forms of receipts made before entry into force of this resolution are applied before their complete use.
3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of April 6, 2015 No. 62 "About establishment of form of the receipt".
4. This resolution becomes effective since November 30, 2021.
