1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on light and extralight aircrafts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. To the agency of civil aviation under the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic to accept this order to execution.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Deputy minister of transport and communications of the Kyrgyz Republic Mamyrkanov E. T.

Regulations on light and extralight aircrafts of the Kyrgyz Republic

I. General provisions

This provision regulates use of light and extralight aircrafts in airspace of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Activities of use of light and extralight aircrafts in the territory and in airspace of the Kyrgyz Republic are regulated by the Air code of the Kyrgyz Republic, aviation rules of the Kyrgyz Republic, this provision operating with the regulating documents in the field developed according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also according to international treaties.
