1. Approve the enclosed terms for crediting regional budgets on assistance to development of entrepreneurship in the village for 2015 within the Road map of employment of 2020.
2. To local executive bodies of areas within ten calendar days after acceptance by the relevant maslikhats of the decisions providing in regional budgets for 2015 the corresponding receipts to provide the specified decisions of maslikhats in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To the Ministries of Finance, health care and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:
1) the conclusion of credit agreements with local executive bodies of areas;
2) control of target use and timely return of budget credits to the republican budget.
4. To local executive bodies of areas quarterly, no later than the 10th following the accounting period to provide information on development of the credits in the Ministries of Finance, health cares and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. To provide to the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan monitoring of development of the budget credits allocated on assistance to development of entrepreneurship in the village for 2015 within the Road map of employment of 2020.
6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
