According to Items 53, 54 and 55 Provisions of free economic zones "Panch", Sugd, Ishkoshim and Dangara approved by the Resolution of Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan of 29.10.2011 No. 1147, 1146 and No. 1545 order of 20.01.2010:
1. Approve the List of services and the sizes of their rates it (is applied).
2. To administrations of free economic zones to use the List of services and the sizes of their rates in the activities.
3. This Order according to established procedure to send to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan for state registration.
4. This Order to enact after state registration and official publication.
5. Control of execution of this Order to assign to the deputy minister, - the curator of industry.
