About some questions of republican property and recognition voided some decisions of Council of Ministers of the Kazakh SSR and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

3. Determine:

1) authorized body of the corresponding industry concerning the company Committee of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the main object of activity of the company - ensuring protection, steady use, reproduction and artificial cultivation of objects of flora for the purpose of preserving biological diversity and gene pool, and also conservation (the dendrology park), implementation of scientific research.

4. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to transfer in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Company the property which remained after liquidation of Society.

5. Transfer the parcels of land of the company total area of 365,43 of hectare from category of lands of agricultural purpose to category of lands of especially protected natural territories according to appendix to this resolution.

6. To provide to committee of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
