According to the subitem 18) of article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 28, 2014 "About the republican budget for 2015-2017" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of use of target current transfers from the republican budget for 2015 by regional budgets on approbation of per capita financing of primary, main secondary and general secondary education.

2. To provide to akims of Akmola, Aktyubinsk, Almaty, East Kazakhstan and Southern Kazakhstan regions:

1) timely and target use of the allocated target current transfers;

2) submission to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of reports on use of the allocated target current transfers to the 5th following reporting.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan monitoring of use of target current transfers from the republican budget with budgets of Akmola, Aktyubinsk, Almaty, East Kazakhstan and Southern Kazakhstan regions.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2015 and is subject to official publication.
