About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning intellectual property

1. Approve the enclosed List of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning intellectual property to which changes are made.

2. Declare invalid:

1) the order of the Chairman of Committee on intellectual property rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 17, 2004 No. 53-p "About approval of form of the security document and certificate of the author of object of industrial property" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 3097, published in bulletins of regulatory legal acts of the central executive and other state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 41-44);

2) the order of the Chairman of Committee on intellectual property rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 24, 2007 No. 59-OD "About modification of the order of the Chairman of Committee on intellectual property rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 17, 2004 No. 53-p "About approval of form of the security document and certificate of the author of object of industrial property" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 4649, No. 122 published in "The legal newspaper" of August 10, 2007 (1325)).

3. To provide to department on intellectual property rights of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order;

2) official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
