1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 20, 2005 No. 367 "About obligatory confirmation of conformity of products in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 17, the Art. 203) the following changes:
The list of products and the services which are subject to obligatory certification, approved by the specified resolution to be reworded as follows 1) according to appendix 1 to this resolution;
2) the list of products which compliance is allowed to be confirmed with the declaration of conformity, approved by the specified resolution, to be reworded as follows according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
