About approval of the List and document form, confirming compliance of the organizer of gaming to qualification requirements
According to the subitem 154) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 4, 2023 No. 865, I ORDER:
1. Approve:
1) the list of the documents confirming compliance of the organizer of gaming to qualification requirements, the stipulated in Clause 13 Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About gaming" according to appendix 1 to this order;
2) document forms, confirming compliance of the organizer of gaming to qualification requirements, the stipulated in Clause 13 Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About gaming", according to appendices 2, 3, 4 to this order.
2. To committee on cases of sport and physical culture of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kanagatov I. B.) in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) to direct this order to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide official publication of this order in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;
3) after official publication to place this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
To provide 4) to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan data on execution of the actions provided by this Item within ten working days from the date of execution of actions.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
