About approval of form, amount and frequency of data transmission in the register of state-owned property

According to the subitem 2) of Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About the state statistics" and with Item 3 of article 200 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state-owned property" I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) form and amount of data transmission in the register of state-owned property on objects of the property assigned to the state legal entities according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) form and amount of data transmission in the register of state-owned property on the parcels of land which are in land use according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) form and amount of data transmission in the register of state-owned property according to the shares of joint-stock companies and shares in the authorized capital of limited liability partnerships belonging to the state according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) form and amount of data transmission in the register of state-owned property on the objects of national cultural property belonging to the state according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) form and amount of data transmission in the register of state-owned property on the intellectual property items belonging to the state according to appendix 5 to this order;

6) form and amount of data transmission in the register of state-owned property on the state legal entities according to appendix 6 to this order;

7) form and amount of data transmission in the register of state-owned property on the small size and river crafts registered for the state legal entities, their branches and representations according to appendix 7 to this order;

8) form and amount of data transmission in the register of state-owned property on the vehicles registered for the state legal entities, their branches and representations according to appendix 8 to this order;

9) form and amount of data transmission in the register of state-owned property on the agricultural vehicles registered for the state legal entities, their branches and representations according to appendix 9 to this order;

11) form and amount of data transmission in the register of state-owned property on the subjects of inventories of natural resources registered for the state legal entities, their branches and representations according to appendix 11 to this order;

12) form and amount of data transmission in the register of state-owned property according to decisions on initiation of proceedings on bankruptcy of legal entities (the copy of decisions) and about the decisions of the courts (sentences, resolutions) providing addresses to the income of the state of property on the separate bases which took legal effect according to the list of legal entities of authorized body on state-owned property, according to appendix 12 to this order;

12-1) form and amount of data transmission in the register of state-owned property of the objects of informatization belonging to the state in the form of electronic information resources according to appendix 12-1 to this order;

13) frequency of data transmission in the register of state-owned property, according to appendix 13 to this order.

2. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. Information exchange between information system of Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "The register of state-owned property" (further - the State registry) and information system the State database "Register of the Real Estate" (further - GBD RN) by means of the Lock of the electronic government (further - ShEP) is performed at the interserver (republican) level.

3. The state registry (initiator) sends inquiry for the ShEP web service which addresses it in GBD RN for processing. After processing of request of GBD RN sends the message which after its obtaining directs the response to web service of the State registry to ShEP.
