Approve the Instruction about procedure for opening of financing for payment of 95 percent of insurance premiums on contracts of compulsory insurance with the state support of harvest of crops, the cattle and bird at the expense of the means provided in the republican budget on development of agricultural production, fish breeding and conversion of agricultural products it (is applied).
