About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of implementation of article 3 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Kyrgyz Republic", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Technical regulation "About Safety of Medicines for Medical Application" of April 6, 2011 No. 137 the following changes.
in the Technical regulation "About Safety of Medicines for Medical Application" approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in the subitem 169 of Item 3 of the word "Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity" shall be replaced with words "The commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union";
- in all text to replace abbreviation of "Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity" with abbreviation of "CN FEA EEU";
- to state appendix 1 to the Technical regulation "About Safety of Medicines for Medical Application" in edition according to appendix 1 to this resolution.
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 02.05.2019 No. 200.
3. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Technical regulation "About Safety of Medical Implants" of March 5, 2013 No. 113 the following changes:

- to state appendix 1 to the Technical regulation "About Safety of Paints and Varnishes" in edition according to appendix 4 to this resolution.
5. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 13.08.2019 No. 409.
6. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Technical regulation "Safety of Products of Woodworking" of July 15, 2013 No. 414 the following changes:
in the Technical regulation "Safety of Products of Woodworking" approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 98 of the word of "The commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity" shall be replaced with words "The commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union";

4. This resolution becomes effective and is valid from January 1, 2015.
