1. Approve the enclosed form of the state statistical reporting 12-skh (livestock production) "The status report of livestock production" of monthly frequency and enact it starting with the report for January, 2016.
2. Approve the enclosed Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12-skh (livestock production) "The status report of livestock production" and enact them starting with the report for January, 2016.
3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities (except the microorganizations and peasant farms), their separate divisions having separate balance, performing agricultural activities and having the number of the cattle and bird in terms of conditional livestock of the cattle of 100 and more heads.
4. Declare invalid:
the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of June 16, 2014 No. 60 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 12-skh (livestock production) "The status report of livestock production" and instructions for its filling" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 21.08. 2014, 7/2791);
