About establishment of boundary regime in border area and borderland of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

- Regulations on establishment of boundary regime in border area and borderland of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- The list of the territories of the regional, city, district public administrations, айыл to okmot, included in border area (strip) of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. To heads of local public administrations and айыл okmota to render active assistance to connections and parts of the State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic on maintenance of boundary regime in border area (strip) of the Kyrgyz Republic according to this Provision.

3. Recognize invalid:

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of May 21, 1993 No. 223 "About measures for maintenance of boundary regime in border area of the Kyrgyz Republic";

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of February 16, 1995 No. 45 "About modification of the Regulations on measures for maintenance of boundary regime in zone of border control of the Kyrgyz Republic and the List of the territories included in zone of border control, approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of May 21, 1993 No. 223";

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of July 10, 1996 No. 314 "About modification of the Regulations on measures for maintenance of boundary regime in zone of border control of the Kyrgyz Republic and the List of the territories included in zone of border control, approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of May 21, 1993 No. 223";
