For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About export control" and the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for further development of military and technical cooperation of the Kyrgyz Republic with foreign states and implementation of national system of export control" of August 14, 2003 No. 265, of further development of the regulatory legal base in the field of export control and implementation in the Kyrgyz Republic of national system of export control concerning controlled products which can be used for creation of weapons of mass destruction, means of its delivery and other types of arms and military equipment (further - controlled products), the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

- Regulations on the Commission on military technically cooperation and export control;

- Paragraph two of ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 27.10.2010 No. 257

- The paragraph the fourth ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 20.04.2021 No. 155

2. Determine the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Kyrgyz Republic authorized state body of the Kyrgyz Republic by implementation of export control, licensing of the external economic transactions on export, import and re-export of products which are subject to export control, and issue of permissions to its transit through the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
