According to Item 2-1 of article 211 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Determine types of the property which arrived in structure of state-owned property on the separate bases, concerning which:
the authorized body on management of state-owned property performs accounting, storage and further use, according to appendix 1 to this resolution;
local executive bodies of areas, cities of regional value perform accounting, storage and further use, according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
