For the purpose of improvement of financial position of low-paid workers of the budget sector the Government DECIDES:
1. Raise since February 1, 2005 for 20% the tariff charges of working organizations of education, healthcare and welfare, science, culture, art and sport, other budgetary institutions (except for working in the bodies of the public power specified in the appendices N 1 and 5 to the Order of the Government N 1133 of September 17, 2003) and to establish them in sizes according to the appendix N 1.
2. Raise since February 1, 2005 for 15% official pay rates to specialists, employees and leading employees of industries of the budget sphere (except for workers of the higher educational institutions paid according to appendix N 2, and the personnel paid according to appendices N 1, 3 and 5 to the Order of the Government N 1133 of September 17, 2003 according to appendix to the Order of the Government N 1087 of October 4, 2004 and according to the appendix N 1 to the Order of the Government N 1475 of December 30, 2004) and to establish them in sizes according to the appendix N 2.
